Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přeshraniční spoluprací mezi obecními úřady obcí a dalších institucí (např. škol a klubů) v Euroregionu Elbe/Labe (dále jen EEL). Jejím cílem je poskytnout čtenáři popis povahy přeshraničních vztahů mezi jednotlivými obecními úřady v české a saské části tohoto euroregionu. This diploma thesis deals with the cross-border cooperation between municipalities and other institutions (eg. schools and clubs) located in Euroregion Elbe/Labe (further on EEL). Its aim is to present the reader with a description of the nature of cross-border relationships between individual municipalities in Czech and Saxon part of this Euroregion.
