Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nestandardních spojů plastových dílů v automobilovém průmyslu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podrobnější popis oblasti pružných spojů plastových dílů a slouží jako podklad pro konstrukční návrhy v praktické části práce. V praktické části práce je popsán vybraný díl, konstrukční návrhy pružných spojů aplikované na vybrané díly, proces vývoje konstrukčních řešení, postupy porovnání návrhů a ověření vhodnosti návrhů. Poslední část se zabývá vyhodnocením dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of non-standard joints of plastic parts in the automotive industry. The theoretical part focuses on a more detailed description of the field of snap-fit attachments of plastic parts and serves as a basis for the design proposals in the practical part of the work. The practical part of the thesis describes the selected part, the structural designs of snap-fit attachments applied to the selected parts, the process of development of the design solutions, the procedures of comparison of designs and verification of the suitability of the designs. The last part deals with the evaluation of the achieved results.
