IT Startupy — Klíčové Faktory Úspěchu

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je porovnání teoretických konceptů týkajících se budování startupů s praktickými zkušenostmi zakladatelů startup společností v České republice. Na těchto základech dále diskutovat oblast budování startupů v České republice a nabídnout doporučení v této oblasti. V práci je použit empirický kvalitativní výzkum proveden formou rozhovorů se zakladateli startupů a zaměřen především na oblasti týmu, metod, financování a technologií IT startupů. Nejvíce rozdílů se vyskytuje v sekci zaměřené na metody. Všichni dotázaní zakladatelé startupů uvedli, že nepoužívají striktně žádné konkrétní metody. Dále na základě rozhovorů můžeme vyvodit, že česká legislativa má daleko k tomu stát se optimální z hlediska přerozdělování podílu na společnosti, obzvláště pak pro projekty, které mají globální ambice.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to compare theoretical concepts regarding building IT startups with practical experience of startup founders in the Czech Republic. Based on this comparison then discuss the area of IT startup development in the Czech Republic and offer suggestions in this field. Empirical qualitative research focused primarily on the area of team, methods and financing of an IT startup conducted in the form of interviews with startup founders is used in the thesis. Most differences are found in the section focusing on methods. All of the interviewed founders claimed that they don’t use any particular methods strictly. Moreover, based on the interviews we can also deduct, that Czech legislative is far from optimal in terms of redistributing company equity, especially for projects that have global ambitions.
