Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu a její postavení v rámci náhradní rodinné péče. Hlavním cílem je popsat postavení pěstouna na přechodnou dobu, jeho práva a povinnosti, a rovněž práva a povinnosti rodičů dítěte svěřeného do pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. This thesis is focused on temporary foster care and its position within the institute of substitute family care. The main aim is to describe the position of the temporary foster parent, his rights and obligations, as well as the rights and obligations of the parents of a child placed in foster care for a temporary period.
