Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení, co motivuje zaměstnance v daném podniku ke kreativitě a inovacím a co je naopak demotivuje. První část práce uvádí do problematiky motivace, kreativity a inovací a uvádí vztahy mezi těmito jevy. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate what motivates employees to be creative and innovative and what causes the opposite reaction. The first part introduces into the topic of motivation, creativity and innovation and shows the relationships between them.
