Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice převodních cen v rámci vnitroskupinového obchodu a nastavení optimálních peněžních toků v rámci holdingu tak, aby byla v nejvyšší možné míře eliminována související daňová rizika. This thesis deals with issues of transfer pricing in the intragroup business (trade) and with settings of optimal cash flow within the holding by a method which eliminates tax-related risks in the maximal possible extent.
