Abstract:

UJHELIOVÁ, Lucia: legal grounds for the succession. (Bachelor thesis). Bankovní institut Prague College, foreign high school in Banská Bystrica. Department of Economics valuation, social sciences and law. Thesis supervisor: JUDr. Lesley Fedurcová. Number of pages: 48 year: 2013. Bachelor thesis deals with succession, namely the legal grounds for the succession, and as you can in advance to ensure the assets, in the case of the testator s death. The first chapter is focused on the right of inheritance according to the applicable legislation, the basic principles of inheritance and the sources of the law of succession is in the Slovak Republic. The second chapter gives concrete expression to the parties of inheritance, inheritance, but also incompetence. It portrayed the succession after the testator, the extent to which heritage can take or reject it. The third chapter describes the activity of notaries as judicial Commissioners in proceedings. The end of the proceeding of inheritance cases, and that certificate of inheritance, or order.

UJHELIOVÁ, Lucia: Právne dôvody dedenia. (Bakalárska práca). Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Bronislava Fedurcová. Rok obhajoby: 2013, Počet strán: 48. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dedičským právom, konkrétne právnymi dôvodmi dedenia a možnosťou ako si poručiteľ môže vopred zabezpečiť majetok, pre prípad svojej smrti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na dedičské právo podľa platnej právnej úpravy, charakterizuje základné zásady dedenia a pramene dedičského práva v Slovenskej republike. Druhá kapitola konkretizuje účastníkov konania o dedičstve, dedičskú spôsobilosť, ale i nespôsobilosť. Je v nej vykreslené samotné dedenie po poručiteľovi, možnosť, akou sa dedičstvo môže nadobudnúť, prípadne odmietnuť. Tretia kapitola opisuje činnosť notárov ako súdnych komisárov v konaní o dedičstve. Uvádza prípady skončenia konania o dedičstve, a to osvedčením o dedičstve, alebo uznesením.
