Brownfield and its revitalization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na revitalizaci brownfieldu, chátrající textilní továrny Fezko „Z“ vybudované na konci 19. století v centru Strakonic. Předmětem mé diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení na rekonstrukci zmíněné továrny. Pro revitalizovaný objekt jsem zvolil využití pro sportovní činnost, kulturní – muzejní činnost a dále jsem navrhl restauraci a hotelové kapacity. Jelikož je objekt továrny nemovitou kulturní památkou, bylo podmínkou zachovat její původní vzhled. Ve vnitřních prostorách budov byl dodržen industriální styl. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecný popis procesu vytváření stavební projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení. V aplikační části uvedu konkrétní kroky rekonstrukce, popíšu návrhy jednotlivých konstrukcí. Projekt je vypracovaný dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb a obsahuje část stavebně architektonickou D.1.1, stavebně konstrukční řešení D.1.2, požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby D.1.3 a zdravotní instalace D.1.4 v rozsahu generelu. Ve stavebně architektonické části jsou kromě dokumentace obsaženy tepelně technické výpočty zateplovaných konstrukcí obvodových stěn, podlahy a střechy. V části PBŘS je vypočítané požární zatížení všech místností v budově a jejich obsazenost. V části zdravotní instalace jsou provedeny hydrotechnické výpočty pro návrh dimenzí vodovodních přípojek.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the revitalization of a brownfield, a dilapidated textile factory Fezko "Z" built at the end of the 19th century in the center of Strakonice. The subject of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permission for the reconstruction of the mentioned factory. For the revitalized building, I chose to use it for sports activities, cultural - museum activities and I also designed a restaurant and hotel capacity. As the factory building is a cultural property monument, it was a condition to preserve its original appearance. It was adhered to industrial style inside the buildings. The theoretical part is focused on a general description of the process of creating a construction project documentation for building permission. In the application part I will present specific steps of reconstruction, I will describe the designs of individual constructions. The project is developed according to Decree No. 499/2006 of the legal code for the documentation of buildings and contains the architectural part D.1.1, building construction solution D.1.2, fire safety solution of the building D.1.3 and medical installation D.1.4 to the extent general. In addition to the documentation, the architectural and architectural part contains thermal technical parts calculations of insulated structures of perimeter walls, floor and roof. In the part of PBŘS iscalculated fire load of all rooms in the building and their occupancy. In the medical partinstallations, hydrotechnical calculations are performed for the design of the dimensions of water supply connections.
