Material reminders of the life and works of selected writers from the Bohemian-Bavarian-Austrian borderland

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is about selected Sumava writers. The main aim of this thesis is to present their lives, works, stops in life and material reminders. A little also about Sumava and the crafts that are connected with the writers. Where they spent their lives, what legacies they left behind and what memoirs were dedicated to them. The lives of these writers of Sumava are interesting and certainly worth mentioning. In this thesis, I have tried to mention especially the memorial places and remembrances that are dedicated to the authors.

Abstract:

Diese Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit ausgewählten Schriftstellern aus dem Böhmerwald. Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist es, ihr Leben, ihre Werke, ihre Lebensstationen und ihre materiellen Zeugnisse vorzustellen. Ein wenig auch über den Böhmerwald und das Handwerk, das mit den Schriftstellern verbunden ist. Wo sie ihr Leben verbrachten, welche Vermächtnisse sie hinterließen und welche Erinnerungen ihnen gewidmet wurden. Das Leben dieser Schriftsteller aus dem Böhmerwald ist interessant und sicherlich erwähnenswert. In dieser Arbeit habe ich versucht, vor allem die Gedenkstätten und Erinnerungsorte zu erwähnen, die den Autoren gewidmet sind.
