V této práci se zabývám problematikou náhrady nemajetkové újmy způsobené nesprávným úředním postupem spočívajícím v nepřiměřené délce soudního řízení. In this paper, I explore the issue of compensation for non-material damage resulting from flawed clerical procedure involving the unreasonable length of legal proceedings.
