Tématem předkládané bakalářské diplomové práce je analýza vzdělávacích potřeb lektorů pracujících ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část práce je věnována vzdělávání dospělých, vzdělavatelům dospělých, lektorům, jejich osobnosti, kompetencím a náplni práce. Abstract:
Topic of submitted bachelor thesis is an analysis of educational needs of lecturers working in selected company. Theoretical part deals with adult education, adult educators, lecturers and their personalities, competences and job content. Final chapter of theoretical part defines educational needs, motivation and obstructions in adult education. Empirical part describes methodology of my research. …more
