Czech cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá českými případy před Soudním dvorem EU od vstupu ČR do EU do 31.12. 2010. Práce je rozdělena na předběžné otázky předložené českými soudy, žaloby ČR na neplatnost aktu EU a žaloby Komise EU na ČR pro porušení Smlouvy.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the Czech cases before the Court of Justice of the EU since the date of accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union (May 1, 2004)until 31. December 2010. The thesis is divided into three parts according to the type of judicial process before the Court of Justice of the EU (Article 267,263 and 258 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union)
