Risks in providing taxes by territorial offices of the Prague City Office

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s vymáháním daňových nedoplatků na územních pracovištích Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu z pohledu správce vymáhacího oddělení na Územním pracovišti pro Prahu 5. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a soustředí se na porovnání jednotlivých úkonů správců vymáhacích oddělení na jednotlivých územních pracovištích Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu. Následně tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a hodnotí průběh vymáhacího procesu na finančních úřadech a zhodnocuje aktuální stav bezpečnostního rizika správců vymáhacích oddělení na územních pracovištích Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu. Součástí práce je také navržení opatření vedoucích ke zvýšení bezpečnosti správců vymáhacího oddělení Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu při vymáhání daňových nedoplatků. Tato práce je doplněna o zkušenosti správce vymáhacího oddělení Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu, Územního pracoviště pro Prahu 5.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems connected with the collection of tax arrears at the territorial workplaces of the Tax Office for the City of Prague from the perspective of the recovery department manager at the Territorial Workplace for Prague 5. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part and focuses on the comparison of individual actions of administrators of recovery departments at the individual territorial offices of the Tax Office for the Capital City of Prague. Subsequently, this bachelor thesis analyzes and evaluates the process of the recovery process at the tax offices and evaluates the current state of security risk of enforcement departments at the territorial workplaces of the Tax Office for the Capital City of Prague. Part of the work is also designing precautions to increase the security of administrators of the recovery department of the Tax Office for the City of Prague in recovering tax arrears. This work is supplemented by the experience of the administrator of the recovery department of the Financial Authority for the Capital City of Prague, the Territorial Office for Prague 5.
