Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovním vztahům a komunikaci v podniku, se zaměřením na mobbing. Teoretická část se ještě před samotným mobbingem věnuje věcem, jako jsou firemní kultura, řízení a motivování lidí, únava a frustrace nebo komunikace se spolupracovníky. This bachelor project is focused on working relations and communication on a company with focus on mobbing. Before the main topic, the theoretical part focuses on topics such as firm culture, leadership and how to motivate employees, tiredness, frustration and also how to comunicate with employees.
