Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice kupní smlouvy na věci nemovité. Jelikož má smlouva kupní bohatou a dlouhou historii, nelze se o ní nezmínit. S kupní smlouvou jsou spojeny i další povinnosti vyplývající z právní úpravy, kdy jednotlivé právní předpisy jsou jaksi provázány. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the purchase contract for real estate. As the purchase contract has a rich and long history, it is impossible not to mention it.
