Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na portál e-cyanobacterium.org. Hlavním cílem práce je vyvinout nový modul pro ukládání a údržbu dynamických modelů. Nový modul koresponduje se specifikací SBML level 3. V teoretické části je studována a stručně popsána specifikace SBML. Problémy a nesrovnalosti se specifikací SBML jsou analyzovány a popsány. The thesis targets the portal e-cyanobacterium.org. The main aim is to develop a new back-end module for storing and maintaining dynamical models.
