Bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou a výskytem dermatofyt ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje houby všeobecně, jejich rozmnožování a třídění, onemocnění a následně druhy dermatofyt, dermatofytózy a léčbu infekčního onemocnění kůže. The bachelor's thesis deals with laboratory diagnostics and the occurrence of dermatophytes in the University Hospital Pilsen. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes fungi in general, their reproduction and classification, diseases and subsequently types of dermatophytes, dermatophytosis and treatment of infectious skin diseases.
