Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá založením nové pobočky již existujícího podniku Manufaktura ve městě Trutnov. V teoreticko-metodologické části je vysvětlena podstata zakladatelského projektu s detailním popisem obsahu jeho jednotlivých částí. V aplikační části práce byly provedeny dílčí analýzy, díky nimž bylo možné zhodnotit vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku. Dále jsem se zabývala marketingovým plánem, kde je detailně popsáno nabízené zboží, způsob tvorby ceny, forma propagace společnosti a v neposlední řadě též způsob distribuce. Stanovila jsem objektivní obchodní plán, na jehož základě byl propočítán finanční plán, plán počátečních investic, vypočítala jsem tržby jednotlivých variant a jejich vývoj v průběhu prvních třech let podnikání. Následně jsem uvedla možná rizika, která mohou při provozování podnikatelské činnosti nastat, a rovněž i způsob, jak s nimi bojovat, či jak se jim vyvarovat. Díky výsledkům jednotlivých analýz a plánů byla prokázána reálnost a efektivnost založení nové pobočky. Následuje diskuze výsledků, návrhy a opatření a nakonec vyvozený závěr. Poté jsou v práci uvedeny jednotlivé seznamy a přílohy.

Abstract:

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to establish a new subsidiary of the already existing company Manufaktura in Trutnov. The business plan and the content of the particular plan's parts will be properly explained in the theoretical-methodological chapter. Firstly, the practical part of the bachelor paper is devoted to the analyses which provide the support for the evaluation of the internal and external enviromental factors of the company. Furthermore, I occupy myself with the marketing plan consisting of the pricing strategies, the form of the company promotion and last but not least the distribution system. Then, on the basis of the intial investment scheme and the financial plan will be proved the feasibility and the efficiency of the newly established subsidiary. The unbiased marketing plan will be established. On the basis of the marketing plan will be calculated the particular financial plan and the initial investment plan. The revenues of the different variants and their development during the first three years of business will be also calculated. Lastly, the possible risks that might emerge while running a business will be presented. Moreover, the tips how to deal with such risks and how to avoid them will be introduced. Pursuant to the particular analyses and plans the feasibility and the efficiency of the new subsidiary will be proved. Finally, the discussion of the results, suggestions and measures will follow and the conclusion of the bachelor thesis will be provided. The detailed documents will be included in the appendix.
