Abstract:

Ve své závěrečné práci se zabývám kombinovaným postižením. Konkrétně dívkou (Monikou), která je v pěstounské péči svých prarodičů a trpí kombinovaným postižením ? tělesným (hydrocefalus) a mentálním (lehká mentální retardace). V současné době navštěvuje 1. třídu základní školy (třídu pro děti s kombinovaným postižením). V teoretické části přiblížím speciální pedagogiku - její cíle a členění podle druhu postižení. Více se zaměřím na problematiku dětí s lehkou mentální retardací a dále se budu věnovat dětem s tělesným postižením. V praktické části Vás chci blíže seznámit s případovou studií dívky, s jejím současným vzděláváním, její rodinou, adaptací v předškolním zařízení, atd.

Abstract:

In my thesis I am concentrating on combined handicap. In particular, the case study concerns a girl called Monika who suffers from combined handicap ? physical (hydrocephalus) and mental (light mental retardation) handicap, and who is in the foster care of her grandparents. At present, she is attending the first year of specialized primary school. In the theoretical part, I will try to outline the special pedagogy, its goals and aims, and its structure according to the level of handicap. I will concentrate on the problems of children suffering from light mental retardation and further on, I will thoroughly portray children with physical handicap. In the practical part, I would like to acquaint you with the case study of the girl mentioned previously, her present education issues, her family and her adjustment in the pre-school environment, etc.
