Abstract:
Táto bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním inovační aktivity v konkrétním podniku s inovační teorií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování konkrétních pojmů, typů inovací a popis způsobů měření výkonnosti inovace. Analytická část popisuje proces zavedení zvolené inovace v konkrétním podniku, hodnotí výkonnost a způsoby měření inovační výkonnosti tohoto podniku.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of innovation activity in a specific company with innovation theory. The theoretical part is focused on defining specific concepts, types of innovations and a description of ways to measure the performance of innovation.
