Tato práce by měla přiblížit čtenáři institut spolupracujícího obviněného a jeho aktuální právní úpravu v České republice. V práci se věnuji i vztahu spolupracujícího obviněného a korunního svědka. Práce se také zaměřuje na organizovaný zločin v České republice, jako formu zločinu se kterou souvisí aplikace institutu spolupracujícího obviněného. This thesis should introduce the reader to the institute of a cooperating accused and his current legislation in the Czech Republic. In my thesis I also deal with the connection between a cooperating accused and a crown witness.
