Self-defense for Women in the Liberec Region

Abstract:

Tato práce shrnuje poznatky z teoretické i praktické sebeobrany žen. Je určena především jako informační materiál široké veřejnosti. Práce informuje o vztahu mezi úpoly a sebeobranou, danou problematiku definuje a systematizuje. Sebeobranaje rozdělována na základní druhy, mezi něž patří i sebeobrana pro ženy, která je následně specifikována ve své vlastní kapitole. V rámci sebeobrany pro ženy se dozvíme, jaké fáze a formy sebeobrany pro ženy existují, a především, jaký je rozdíl mezi sebeobranou mužů a žen. Součástí práce jsou právní podmínky užití sebeobrany, stejně tak jako následky jejího zneužití. Právní aspekty sebeobrany jsou zde rozlišeny dle trestního i občanského zákoníku. Dále se tato práce zabývá účelem výuky sebeobrany.V praktické části práce jsou k dispozici poznatky z anketního šetření v rámci předmětu sebeobrany na TU v Liberci. Práce je zakončena informačním materiálem o nabídce kurzů sebeobrany v libereckém regionu.

Abstract:

This work summarises the findings from the theoretical and practical selfdefense to women. It is intended primarily as informational material to the general public. The work reports about the cognation between martial arts and self-defense, the issue defines and organizes. Self-defense is distributed on the basic types, which include self-defense for women, which is subsequently specified in their own section. In the framework of self - defense for women learn the stages and forms of self defense for women there are, and, above all, what is the difference between self-defense men and women. Part of the work are the legal conditions of the use of self-defense, as well as the consequences of its misuse. The legal aspects of self-defense are here differentiated according to the penal and civil code. Furthermore, this work deals with the purpose of teaching self-defense. In the practical part of the work are available, evidence from the inquiry investigation in the framework of the subject of self-defense at the TU in Liberec. The work is finished by information material about the available courses of self-defense in the liberec region.
