The sense of building image in social services

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním image a sestavením modelu pro úspěšné bu-dování, posílení a udržení image organizace, která poskytuje sociální služby osobám s mentálním postižením - Centrum denních služeb Pomněnka Šumperk. K tomuto úkolu bylo nutno shromáždit dostatek informací a dat. První teoretická část pojednává o image a jejím významu, oboru sociálních služeb a marketingovém výzkumu. Analytická část je věnována charakteristice vybrané sociální instituce, analýze stávající image a realizaci marketingového výzkumu kombinovanou formou dotazníkového šetření, osobním rozhovorem a sémantickým diferenciálem. Na základě výsledků je zpracována závěrečná projektová část, ve které jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky šetření a uvedeny návrhy na zdokonalení image.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with image research and model compilation of successful buil-ding, reinforcement and maintenance of image of the company providing social services for people with mental disabilities in Daily Center Pomněnka in Šumperk. It was necessary to collect enough pieces of information and data. First theoretical part decribe image and it´s sense, social services and marketing research. Practical part is devoted to characteristic of chosen social institution, analysis of current image and realisation of marketing research which involves questionnaires, interview and semantic differential. Final project part is worked up on the basis of outcomes. Then there are analyzed results of marketing research and mentioned suggestions for improvement company image.
