Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je představení institutu dědické smlouvy, který fungoval do roku 1950 a nyní byl znovu obnoven. Chtěl bych se zaměřit na vysvětlení toho, jak dědická smlouva funguje, jaké má mít náležitosti a jaké je její znění v zákoně, na to, jaké má toto pořízení pro případ smrti výhody a nevýhody. The aim of my work is to present Contract of inheritance, which functioned until 1950 and has now been restored. I would like to focus on explanation how the contract of inheritance work, how this contract should look like, how it looks like in law, if its good or bad institution and also how does this institution work in practice.
