Abstract:
Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma Finanční arbitr České republiky. V této práci se zabývám analýzou platné právní úpravy s ohledem na historický vývoj, vymezení oblasti působení finančního arbitra, jeho funkce a příklady řešených sporů.
Abstract:
The topic, that I have chosen for this bachelor thesis is Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current legislation according to historical evolution. It also deals with defining the areas of application of the financial abritrator, the functions and examples of solving the disputes.
