The way to normal birth

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zjišťuje vliv předporodní přípravy ženy prvorodičky na průběh porodu. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů přirozeného a lékařsky vedeného porodu, bolestí u porodu a historií a současným programem předporodních kurzů. Praktická část přináší poznatky žen prvorodiček, které navštěvovaly prenatální kurzy. Ověřuje, zda ženy byly schopny získané informace z kurzu využít a zda se nabyté znalosti projevily na průběhu jejich porodu. Byla použita výzkumná metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis the influence of the antenatal preparation of primipara on the process of birth is investigated. The thesis is consisted of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, terms of normal birthing and medically assisted childbirth are defined as well as labour pains, history and contemporary programmes of prenatal courses are discussed. The practical part presents knowledge of the primipara women who attended the prenatal courses. It also verifies, whether the knowledge obtained by attending these classes were made use of and whether there was any effect on the process of birth. To acquire the desired information, the method of semi-structured interview was used.
