Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá základními elektrochemickými metodami, jejich principy, vlastnostmi a využitím. Podrobněji se v teoretické části věnuje metodě polarografie. V praktické části byly ověřovány teoretické poznatky při stanovení vybraných těžkých kovů pomocí diferenční pulsní polarografie a stripping metod. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with basic electrochemical methods, their principles, features and application. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses in more detail on the method of polarography. The practical part verifies the theoretical knowledge by identifying selected heavy metals by means of differential pulse polarography and stripping methods.
