Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na navržení efektivní strategie péče o zákazníka. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjištěna aktuální spokojenost zákazníků a jejich požadavky. Konkurence je hodnocena pomocí mystery shopping. Na základě provedení těchto výzkumů jsou utvořeny návrhy a doporučení v oblasti péče o zákazníka. This thesis is focused on the proposal of effective customer care strategy. The usage of questionnaire survey is helping to detect the actual customer satisfaction and their requirements. Competitors are evaluated pursuant mystery shopping. The proposals and recommendations in customer care are created through the implementation of these surveys.
