Abstract:
This thesis examines the elements of utopian and dystopian literature in the novel Tikkop written by Dutch writer Adriaan van Dis. On the 27th of April 2014 South Africa celebrated twenty years of democracy. Consequences of the policy of apartheid are still visible.
