Abstract:

Tato prace nejprve shrnuje poznatky o pouzivanych plastovych materialech v kabelove technice. Pote rozebira vzrustajici pozadavky na technicke parametry kabelu z hlediska evropske legislativy a moznosti pouziti nanodielektrik. Nasledne je pozornost soustredena na uzsi oblast silikatovych jilu a jejich pouziti jako polymernich nanoplniv v kabelovych plastovych smesich. To je take hlavnim tematem predkladane prace. V prakticke casti prace je stanoven diagnosticky system, jsou predstaveny uvahy ohledne vyberu vhodnych materialu, stanoveny receptury a navrzen vhodny vyrobni postup smesi urcenych k testovani dle diagnostickeho systemu. Samotne reseni teto prace sestava ze dvou fazi. V prvni fazi jsou testovany smesi s ruznymi druhy nanoplniv a je rozhodnuto ooptimalnim nanoplnivu. Druha faze je venovana vyberu nejvhodnejsi miry plneni nanoplnivem zvolenym v prvni fazi a jsou tedy testovany smesi s ruznou mirou plneni. Vystupem predkladane prace je nova kabelova plastova smes pro pouziti v narocnych aplikacich kabeloveho prumyslu, jejiz receptura je legislativne ochranena pomoci uzitneho vzoru. Tento novy material ma vzhledem k uvedenemu vyvoji legislativy perspektivu skutecneho uplatneni, a to zejmena diky moznosti prime aplikace ziskanych poznatku.

Abstract:

At first in this thesis the current knowledge about the used cable sheath materials is summarised. Next the increasing requirements for technical parameters of cables from the perspective of the European legislation and the possibility of using nanodielectrics are analysed. Consecutively the attention is focused on the narrower field of silicate clays and their usage as polymeric nanofillers in cable sheath materials. This is also the main topic of the submitted thesis. In the practical part the diagnostic system is assessed, the considerations about the eligible materials' selection are introduced, the prescriptions of the compounds for testing according to the diagnostic system are assigned and their manufacturing process isproposed. The solution of this thesis consists of two phases. In the first phase thecompounds with different types of nanofillers are tested and the optimal one is selected. The second phase is dedicated to the estimation of the optimal filling degree. The outcome of the thesis is a new cable sheath compound to be used in challenging applications in the cable industry. The prescription of this compound was legislatively protected by the utility model. This new material has perspective of usage in the industry thanks to possible direct application of the findings gained.
