Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci vybraných tras ve společnosti Kralupol a.s. Tato práce využívá dat z telemetrických systémů, ekonomických programů, mapových podkladů a dalších interních dat společnosti k analýze současných tras a k jejich následné optimalizaci pomocí jednodenních a vícedenních rozvozů, kdy řidič čerpá odpočinek na trase závozu. K této optimalizaci byla vybrána Clarke-Wrightova metoda, a to především z důvodu možnosti aplikace omezujících podmínek, které jsou pro splnění zadání potřebné. Nejdříve práce pomocí Clarke-Wrightovy metody optimalizuje trasy s návratem, kdy vzniknou 3 optimální trasy. Pak vyčíslí náklady na PHM na těchto trasách. V další části provede optimalizaci stejných tras, tentokrát s možností čerpání odpočinku na trase závozu a vyčíslí náklady na PHM. Při porovnání obou použitých metod je zjištěno, že při jednom obsloužení každé čerpací stanice z dané oblasti, dojde při využití optimalizace s čerpáním denního odpočinku na trase k úspoře 205 km. Což je úspora 17,08 %. Následně je po dosazení průměrné ceny nafty z výpisu tankovacích karet společnosti vypočítáno, že při frekvenci 2 závozů každé čerpací stanice týdně a počtu 52 týdnů v roce dojde k roční úspoře na PHM ve výši 156 416 Kč. Dalším významným přínosem je též 17,08% úspora na pravidelných servisních úkonech na vozidlech, které jsou závislé na počtu ujetých kilometrů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on optimizing selected routes in the company Kralupol a.s. The thesis utilizes data from telemetry systems, economic programs, map materials, and other internal company data to analyze current routes and subsequently optimize them using single-day and multi-day delivery routes, where the driver takes breaks during the delivery route. The Clarke-Wright method was selected for this optimization, primarily because of its ability to apply limiting conditions necessary for meeting the assignment requirements. Firstly, the thesis optimizes routes with returns using the Clarke-Wright method, resulting in three optimal routes. It then calculates the costs of preventive maintenance on these routes. In the next part, it optimizes the same routes, this time with the possibility of taking a break during the delivery route, and calculates the costs of preventive maintenance. When comparing the two methods used, it is found that when each refueling station in a given area is serviced once, using the optimization with a daily break on the route leads to a savings of 205 km, which is a savings of 17.08%. Subsequently, with the average fuel price from the company's fuel card statements, it is calculated that with a frequency of 2 deliveries per refueling station per week and a number of 52 weeks in a year, the annual savings on preventive maintenance costs amount to CZK 156,416. Another significant benefit is the 17.08% savings on regular vehicle maintenance tasks that are dependent on the number of kilometers driven.
