Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná Treacher Collinsově syndromu. Tento syndrom se projevuje mutací genů TCOF1, POLR1C nebo POLR1D a je lokalizován na 5., 6. nebo na 13. chromozomu. V práci je zahrnutá charakteristika tohoto onemocnění, stručná historie, příčiny vzniku daného syndromu, dále diagnostika onemocnění a následná terapie. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to Treacher Collins syndrome. This syndrome is manifesting by mutation of TCO1F, POLR1C or POLR1D gens and it is located of 5th, 6th or 13th chromosome. In this thesis is included characteristics of this disease, brief history, causes of the syndrome, hereafter diagnostics and therapy.
