The real-property owner limitations related to the right of other persons to enter the property.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Omezení vlastníka pozemku v souvislosti se vstupem cizích osob“ je rozdělena na dvě části. První se věnuje pozemkovému vlastnictví. Kromě vývoje a současného stavu právní úpravy obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů. Druhá část přibližuje a rozebírá jednotlivá zákonná ustanovení, která umožňují vstup na cizí pozemek. Součástí jsou rovněž dva případy z praxe.
Abstract:
This thesis „The real-property owner limitations related to the right of other persons to enter the property“ is devided in two sections. First section attends to land possession. In addition to evolution and current stadium law it contains account of essential definition. Second section approachs and analyse individual law enaction , what allow entering to foreign land.
