The End of Victorianism and the Liberalization\\of the 1960s in Britain
Abstract:
The thesis traces the changes in British society in the 1960s, with particular focus on changes in attitudes to youth, women and education. It examines why and how this development contributed to what is termed the end of Victorianism in Britain.
