Analysis of selected extraordinary events in the Ústí Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných mimořádných událostí v Ústeckém kraji se zaměřením na havárie s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu práce, právní normy a charakteristiku Ústeckého kraje. Praktická část je rozdělena do 3 podkapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na vypracované statistiky mimořádných událostí v Ústeckém kraji s následným zaměřením na havárie s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek. Poté jsou zpracovány statistiky mimořádných událostí pro vybrané kraje opět se zaměřením na havárie s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek. V závěru první kapitoly je zpracováno meziregionální porovnání statistik. V druhé kapitole jsou na základě vlastního výběru popsány 2 havárie s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek v Ústeckém kraji s následným zpracováním analýz na tyto havárie, a to metodou Analýzy stromu poruchových stavů (Fault Tree Analysis - FTA). Ve třetí kapitole je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření v chemickém areálu za účelem prověření znalostí místních zaměstnanců z bezpečnosti práce a o jejich povědomí z oblasti zásad chování při havárii s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of selected emergencies in the Ústí nad Labem region with a focus on accidents involving the release of hazardous chemicals. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to the topic of work, legal norms and characteristics of the Ústí region. The practical part is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter is focused on the developed statistics of extraordinary events in the Ústí nad Labem region with a subsequent focus on accidents involving the release of hazardous chemicals. Then, emergency statistics for selected regions are processed, again focusing on accidents involving the release of hazardous chemicals. At the end of first chapter an interregional comparison of statistics is processed. The second chapter describes 2 accidents with the release of hazardous chemicals in the Ústí nad Labem region with the subsequent processing of analyzes for these accidents, using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. In the third chapter, a questionnaire survey is prepared in the chemical area in order to verify the knowledge of local employees in occupational safety and their awareness of the principles of behavior in the event of an accident with the release of hazardous chemicals.
