EJB Component for Efficient Storage of SVG Pictures
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a vytvořit nejvhodnější řešení pro ukládání velkého množství anotovaných SVG obrázků. Práce popisuje grafický formát SVG a jeho rozšíření o anotační sekci vytvořenou v projektu GATE. Dále popisuje možnosti efektivního ukládání XML dat do databáze. Klientská aplikace demonstruje funkčnost vytvořené EJB komponenty a práce s vybranou databází.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis was to design and create the best solution for storing large amounts of annotated SVG images. The thesis describes the SVG graphics format and its extension of the annotation section created in the GATE project. It also describes options for efficient storage of XML data into the database.
