Aircraft factory under Orlickými horami

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je historie firmy Beneš - Mráz, továrny na výrobu sportovních letadel a jejích pokračovatelů mezi lety 1935 až 1960. Pozornost bude věnována popisu vzniku leteckého oddělení firmy Ing. Mráze s příchodem konstruktéra Ing. Pavla Beneše, nastínění a struktury firmy s jednotlivými výrobními závody, přiblížení personálního složení, hospodářské a finanční situace firmy, výrobního programu, seznámení s nejvýznamnějšími osobnosti firmy, platového a sociálního zabezpečení zaměstnanců, poválečné začlenění do znárodněných průmyslových závodu a postupné utlumení výroby motorových letadel a návrat k výrobě chladících zařízením. Nebude chybět seznámení s nejvýznamnějšími osobnosti firmy. Práce bude vycházet z výzkumu dochovaných a přístupných archivních materiálů, v kontextu odborné literatury a periodik zabývajících se leteckou a průmyslovou tematikou. Využita bude i metoda orální historie.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the history of the company Beneš - Mráz, a factory which produced sports aircrafts and its successors between 1935 - 1959. Attention will be paid to the description of the establishment of the aviation department in Ing. Mráz´s company with the arrival of designer Ing. Pavel Beneš. Next will be an outline and structure of the company with individual production plants, an overview of the personnel composition, the economic and financial situation of the company, the production program, familiarization with the most important personalities of the company, salary and social security of employees, post-war intergration into nationalized industrial plants and the gradual dampening of motor aircraft production and return to the production of cooling equipment. As a part of the thesis there will be also an introduction of the most important personalities of the company. The thesis will be based on the research of preserved and accessible archival materials, in the context of scientific literature and periodicals dealing with aviation and industrial topics. The oral history method will be also used.
