Anotace:

The aim of this thesis is to examine the processes connected with purchased parts planning and tracking from the procurement perspective in the observed company with the target to improve the efficiency in terms of finance and time. This thesis aims to identify the causes of delays of parts and to propose solutions to prevent these delays in the future.
