Breakdown Legal Entities Under the Business Corporations
Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je členění právnických osob dle zákona o obchodních korporacích. V této práci je přiblížena problematika vzniku, změny a zániku společností a následně formou komparace je praktická část věnována pouze společnosti s ručením omezeným a změn, ke kterým došlo rekodifikací občanského zákoníku. Cílem mé práce je porovnat, zda tyto změny vedly k dobrému či naopak.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the division of legal entities according to the Act on Commercial Corporations. In this work, the problems of creation, change and disappearance of companies are approached, and in the form of comparison the practical part is devoted only to the limited liability company and the changes that have been made by the re-codification of the Civil Code.
