Molecular mechanisms of plant adaptation to abiotic stress
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o adaptaci vyšších rostlin k abiotickým stresům se zaměřením na molekulární podstatu tohoto problému. Popisuje zejména známé prvky adaptace pozorované u jednotlivců a nastiňuje také, jak probíhá proces adaptace celého druhu. Stresy, na které je práce zaměřena jsou stres z vyšších koncentrací těžkých kovů v půdě, vodní stres a teplotní stres.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusses adaptation of higher plants to abiotic stress with focus on the molecular basis of the problem. In particular it describes known features of adaptation observed in individual plants and also outlines how the process of adaptation of the whole species works.
