Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých benefitů.Cílem této práce je analyzovat motivační systém ve vybrané firmě a dále zjistit, jaké zaměstnanecké benefity jsou nabízeny zaměstnancům a jak jsou s nimi spokojeni. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců, zaměstnaneckými benefity, jejich členěním a dále charakteristikou vybraných zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V praktické části je popsán aktuální stav ve společnosti XY ve vztahu k tématům, kterými se práce zabývá. Dále je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo ve společnosti XY realizováno. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu ve firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concentrates on the topic of motivation of employees and employee benefit scheme. The aim of this thesis is to analyse motivation system in a chosen company and to find out what kind of benefits are offered to employees and whether they are satisfied with them. Thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focuses on the topic of employee motivation, employee benefits and their categories and characteristics of certain benefits. In practical part an actual current status is described in company XY in conclusion to the theoretical topics. Later an assessment of questionnaires that were used within company XY is included. Based on these results the thesis suggests points of improvement for current status in the company.
