Práce je věnována problematice střevních zánětů se zaměřením na jejich léčbu, zvláště na biologickou terapii. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. The work is dedicated to the intestinal inflammation, which focus on their treatment, especially for biological therapy. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about treatment and approaches to the reader its possibilities and differences.
