Práce se zabývá proměnami legislativních a procedurálních pravidel, dle kterých se řídí fungování a výkon zahraniční politiky. This thesis deals with changes in legislative and procedural rules, according to which is controlled the operation and foreign policymaking. Specifically, it focuses on legislative and formal background of foreign policy of Czech governments between 1990-2016.
