Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice regulace reklamy zaměřené na děti a reklamy, v níž děti vystupují. Práce vymezuje, jaké osoby lze považovat za děti a jaká právní úprava se na reklamu na tyto osoby zaměřené vztahuje. This thesis focuses on the following issues of the regulation of the advertising at children and those in which children perform. The thesis determines who can be considered a child and also defines the legal adjustment advertising focused on children.
