Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá komparáciou búrz cenných papierov Bratislava a Praha. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na historický vývoj búrz, ich klasifikáciu a delenie. Zaoberá sa tiež funkciami burzy a jej definíciou. Druhá kapitola porovnáva BCPB a BCPP podľa viacerých základných ukazovateľov ako napríklad vývoj akciových indexov, celkový objem obchodov, trhová kapitalizácia atď.
