Project for an Optics Establishment in Olomouc

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku podnikání v oboru oční optiky. Hlavním cílem práce je získat potřebné informace pro založení oční optiky ve Městě Olomouc. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována základním informacím o podnikání v oboru oční optiky. Nejprve je popsáno, co je podnik a podnikání a jaké povinnosti musí být dodrženy, pokud chceme provozovat oční optiku. Dále je zde teoreticky popsána tvorba analýz a podnikatelského plánu což je následně využito v praktické části. V praktické části je pak pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil, PEST a OT analýzy proveden rozbor podnikatelského prostředí. Jako součást práce bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje potřeby a preference klientů oční optiky. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou pak využity při tvorbě podnikatelského plánu. Jeho součástí je také časová a finanční analýza. V závěru práce je podnikatelský plán podroben analýze rizik. Hlavním výsledkem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení oční optiky ve městě Olomouc.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the problems of business in the field of optics. The main goal of this thesis is to obtain the necessary information for establishing an optics in Olomouc. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the basic information about the business in the field of optics. The first part describes what a business is and what obligations must be met if we want to run an optician's store. Next, there is a theoretical description of the creation of analysis and business plan which is then used in the practical part. In the practical part, the business environment is analysed using Porter's five forces analysis, PEST and OT analysis. As part of the work, a questionnaire survey was developed to determine the needs and preferences of the optician's clients. The results of this survey are then used in the development of the business plan. It also includes time and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis, the business plan is subjected to a risk analysis. The main result of the thesis is the creation of a business plan for the establishment of an optics in Olomouc.
