Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá finančnou analýzou, ktorá umožňuje poskytnúť externým používateľom zhodnotenie finančnej situácie v účtovnej jednotke. Prvá časť poskytuje na základe odbornej literatúry pohľad na zdroje, metódy a ukazovatele finančnej analýzy.
