Abstract:

Bariéry a podpůrné faktory naplňování etických požadavků profese v oblasti sociálního poradenství na Úřadu práce ve vybrané lokalitě Naplňování etických požadavků profese v oblasti sociálního poradenství je někdy problematické, neboť v praxi se vyskytuje několik bariér a etických dilemat. Práce v pomáhajících profesích je náročná na intenzivní styk s klienty i na nutnost etického chování ke klientům a dodržování etických požadavků profese. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, co brání a co pomáhá sociálním pracovníkům na Úřadu práce v naplňování vybraných etických požadavků profese v oblasti sociálního poradenství podle názoru těchto sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení a rozpracování základních pojmů. Výzkumná část práce stanovuje metodologii a zaměřuje se na řešení problému bariér a pomáhajících faktorů poradenské praxe sociálních pracovníků oddělení nepojistných sociálních dávek Úřadu práce.

Abstract:

The barriers and the supporting factors of the fulfilment of the ethical requirements of the profession in the field of social counseling on the Employment Office in the selected location. Sometimes fulfilling the ethical requirements of the profession in the area of social counselling is problematic, because in practice there are several barriers and ethical dilemmas. Work in helping professions is demanding on intensive contact with clients and the need for ethical conduct to clients and respect for the ethical requirements of the profession. The aim of the thesis is to discover what obstructs and what helps the social workers on the Employment Office in the implementation of selected ethical requirements of the profession in the area of social counseling, in the opinion of social workers. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the explanation and elaboration of the basic concepts. Research of work sets out the methodology and focuses on solving the problem of barriers and helping factors consulting practice of social workers of department of non-insurance social benefits Labour Office.
