Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení kvality cervikálního hlenu ve vztahu k inseminaci. Tato práce popisuje jednotlivé metody vedoucí k detekci optimálního času pro provedení inseminace tedy detekci říje, metody synchronizace ovcí a metody inseminace ovcí. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the quality of cervical mucus in relation to insemination. This thesis describes the different methods leading to the detection of the optimal time for insemination, i.e. estrus detection, methods of sheep synchronization and methods of sheep insemination.
