LA-ICP-MS method and analysis of cultural heritage samples
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byla analýza složení skelných natavenin na povrchu tavícího tyglíku využitím metody LA-ICP-MS. Vzorky tavících tyglíků pocházely z archeologických výzkumů na Mečové ulici v centru Brna a v minulosti již byly analyzovány pomocí optické mikroskopie a SEM. Výsledky LA-ICP-MS a SEM byly vzájemně porovnány.
Abstract:
The main goal of the thesis was the study of the composition of the glass layer on the surface of the melting crucibles using LA-ICP-MS. Two melting crucibles were found in Mečová Street in the centre of Brno and have been analysed by optically microscope and SEM. Composition of the elements obtained from LA-ICP-MS were compared with results of SEM.
